DNE REIT (508088.SH), or “Guotai Haitong DNE New Economy Industrial Park Closed REIT” in full, was listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 14 October, 2022. It was one of the first industry park REIT IPO projects in China with standardized industrial buildings as underlying assets. On 26 December 2025, DNE REIT successfully completed issuance and listing of additional units on the Shanghai Stock Exchange to expand its fund size, making it China’s first successful fund size expansion for a REIT with standardized industrial buildings as underlying assets.
DNE REIT’s infrastructure assets are located in the Yangtze River Delta Integrated District and the Yangtze River Economic Belt region, consisting of intelligent manufacturing industrial parks within six national-level development zones, with total GFA aggregating approximately 384,000 sq. m. Serving key national strategic development areas and emerging industries, the park’s tenants are mainly in intelligent manufacturing sectors such as high technology materials, automobile components, and precision equipment.
