DNE REIT (508088.SH), or “Guotai Junan D&J New Economy Industry Park REIT” in full, was listed and traded on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 14 October, 2022. It is one of the first industrial park REIT IPOs projects in China with standardized industrial parks as underlying assets. Underlying assets of DNE REIT are located in the integrated Yangtze River Delta region, consisting of 4 intelligent manufacturing industrial parks in national development zones, with total GFA aggregating 284,000 sq. m. Supporting China’s key national strategic development regions and emerging industries, the park tenants are mainly engaging in intelligent manufacturing industries such as high technology materials, automobile components and precision equipment. As at 30 June, 2022, the parks enjoyed 100% occupancy.
