The target underlying assets of DNE REIT are located in Shanghai, Kunshan, Wuxi and Changzhou. The region sees rapid growth boosted by the strong industrial policy support. It mainly serves intelligent manufacturing industries including high-tech materials, automobile components and precision instruments. It belongs to an emerging industries cluster and a high-technology industrial park. The four projects command 284,000 sq.m. in aggregate GFA and enjoy 100% occupancy as at 30 June 2022.
