D&J (Kunshan) Intelligent Manufacturing Park

D&J (Kunshan) Intelligent Manufacturing Park is located in Kunshan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone. It is an important hub for independent innovative development in Kunshan, accelerating agglomeration and development of high-tech industries, and promoting improvements in economic development models. The park has been well-established into automobile components, precision manufacturing and artificial Intelligence clusters.

The park is 3 km from Beijing-Shanghai Expressway (S2), 3 km from Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway (S5), within 15-minute drive from Kunshan South Railway Station, and only an hour’s drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. It enjoys an unparalleled location edge.

The park is being developed in two phases. The first phase covers a site area of ​​200 mu, and has been erected 11 standard single-floor workshops in steel structures, at ​​5,000-12,000 sq. m. in GFA per workshop. The workshops have ceiling heights in excess of 11m, and floor loading capacity of 3.0 T/㎡ supported by abundant electric power allocation. The workshop space enjoys reasonable floor layouts, with space reserved for corbel rails.
