These regions experience rapid economic development and strong industrial policy support, serving mainly intelligent manufacturing industries such as high technology materials, automobile components, and precision equipment. They belong to emerging industrial cluster and high-tech specialized industrial park categories. The parks command total GFA aggregating 384,000 sq. m.
